Greg is a general management, business development, strategic marketing consultant and real estate investor with over 25 years of broad experience in companies ranging from Fortune 500 leaders to start ups. He has structured investments, contracts, alliances and acquisitions worldwide, from the high tech Silicon Valley environment to the far reaches of Europe and Asia. His first venture into IRA Real Estate investing was over 16 years ago, when it was a challenge to find a custodian to accept the transaction. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has done graduate work at IIT and the University of Edinburgh. He is a member of numerous professional associations.

James is President of Investment & Real Estate Solutions, Inc., in Orlando, Fla. He is Real Estate Director and a Board Member of the Children’s Community Foundation.

James has been in the real estate and financing fields for 32 years. Experience includes development and construction of residential, commercial and industrial projects. His specialty has been representation of long-term investment clients on a national basis. He has extensive experience in tax-deferred exchanging and utilization of charitable trusts with real estate investment assets. Previously, James held a Certified Business Counselor’s designation and was an instructor for the Institute of Certified Business Counselors.

James is recognized as one of the top national real estate marketing session moderators. Has conducted real estate related training seminars and workshops nationally for over 25 years and has been a guest on real estate and investment related radio and television shows. He is also a real estate investor and is currently managing partner in several active real estate development projects.

In addition, James served in Peace Corps in Korea and served in the United States Air Force in Vietnam. James has an associate of Arts degree from Clark Memorial College, a Bachelors degree from the University of Mississippi and has done Graduate studies at University of Central Florida.
